      1. Brief introduction.

       

        • Annual accounts.

         

          • Increase rate of deaths over the last few years and decreasing finances of the Association. How do we plug the gap ?

          • Increase the current subscriptions significantly ?

          • Proposal is to introduce membership for a spouse ?

          • Subscription to be increased more frequently ?

          • Standing Order to be changed to a Direct Debit ?

          • Any other method to increase the Associations funds ?

           

            • Lack of recruitment of new members and member’s children into the Assoc’n

             

              • Should the Association fund the full cost of a funeral in the U.K ?

               

                • Current rule regarding the children of Poonchi girls who marry outside the community are seen as discriminatory.

                • Many member girls are requesting a change to this rule.

                 

                  • A non Poonchi divorcee with dependent children marrying a Poonchi

                Person.

                   

                    1. Should the Association be responsible for such children ?

                    1. Should the Association provide membership to such children when they are eligible

                     

                      • Should the Association provide membership to children from a previous marriage ?

                        • Elect a new chairman
